COMPENSATION: Unpaid
DURATION: June-August 2010; part-time

TASKS INCLUDE:
- Gain practical, hands-on public relations work experience with constructive feedback
- Project management training
- Reports to the Director of PR and works directly with the Director and a team of PR pros Produce award-winning results for a variety of business-to-business, business-to-consumer and nonprofit clients
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- GPA 3.0 or higher
- Current enrollment in a college degree program (juniors and seniors preferred) OR recent graduate with a degree in public relations, journalism, English or communications
- Solid written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of AP writing style
- Project management capabilities including organizational and prioritization skills to balance multiple projects and demands
- Detail-oriented, professional appearance
- Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat
