TASKS INCLUDE:
- Coordinate and provide support for Advertising and Promotions projects supporting Harley-Davidson consumer outreach efforts
- Creative brief development to guide agency and internal creative services
- Execute status documents and reports; lead follow-up efforts
- Lead analysis efforts of advertising and promotional campaigns
- Develop dealer communications and execute dealer billing
- Manage materials distribution to key stakeholders and dealerships
- Coordinate and manage product assets for photo shoots, internal requests, etc.
- Support coordination of advertising and promotional efforts
- Special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Significant attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, strong work ethic and enthusiasm for task at hand
- Ability to thrive in dynamaic and ambiguous environment
- Passion for marketing
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred candidate will have valid motorcycle license (not necessary)
- Preferred candidate will have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Flash
