TASKS INCLUDE:
- Assist the Audience Development Manager in expanding and enhancing the diversity of our audience
- Strategic planning and implementation to attract new and diverse audiences
- Develop and maintain systems of information in both Spanish and English
- Serve as group sales specialist assiting travel planners in creating tours and itineraries
- Organize special events and coordinat event logistics
- Serve as OSF representative at community events
- Serve as support staff for special projects
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Organized and detail-orientated
- Experience with multicultural communities
- Relevant coursework and experience in marketing or event planning
- Preferred candidate will have a college degree with concentration in marketing
- 3-4 years experience with administrative support and business background
- Business background with emphasis in marketing, grant reporting, community relations, customer service, strong event planning experience
- Knowledge of advertising, sales and marketing
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with customer databases
- Ability to quickly learn ticketing software
- Fluency in conversational Spanish preferred but not required
- Experience working with multicultural organizations preferred
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
